Intermatic utilizes technology to accumulate information about traffic on our Sites, use of Apps and other Services, and the effectiveness of email communication with you ("Usage Information"). Intermatic may collect Usage Information: (1) during a visit to an Intermatic Site, use of a Service, or during download and use of an App; (2) when you open an email from Intermatic (provided you have given us consent if legally required); and (3) when you click a link within an email from Intermatic (provided you have given us consent if legally required).
